I acknowledge that I have been notified by about the mandatory safety checks in accordance with Consumer Affairs Victoria Residential Tenancies Regulations 2021. I will take responsibility to coordinate and engage alternate contractors for these Safety Checks to be performed and will supply with the required record of the Safety Checks on completion.
Gas Appliance’s - Please advise if one or more of your properties do not have Gas appliances, we will select the best package/price based on this. If you are unsure don’t worry, we will ask your Renter/s on access request.

If declining Syncom Auditing Service’s – Please indicate the licenced tradepeople or company you are engaging for these works. At minimum your property management team require their details and certificate on completion of the Safety Check for record (in accordance with Residential Tenancies Regulations 2021).
