  • Electrical Safety Check

    In Victoria electrical safety checks are required every 2 years to meet rental property standards under the Residential Tenancies Regulations 2021.

  • Gas Safety Check

    In Victoria electrical safety checks are required every 2 years to meet rental property standards under the Residential Tenancies Regulations 2021.

    • Inspection and testing conducted by a Type-A Servicing Gasfitter, in accordance with Residential Tenancies Regulations 2021 and the Victorian Building Authority, includes critical carbon monoxide testing & negative pressure testing

  • Smoke Alarm Check

    In Victoria smoke alarm safety checks are required yearly to meet rental property standards under the Residential Tenancies Regulations 2021.

    Features

    • Cost is inclusive of GST
    • Inspection, testing and cleaning conducted by a trained smoke alarm technician or A-Grade Electrician, in accordance with Residential Tenancies Regulations 2021 and Building Act 1993
    • Smoke alarm report detailing all components of installation tested and outcomes supplied upon completion
    • Replacement of 9V batteries (if required), and existing faulty or expired 9V battery and 240V hardwired smoke alarms, free callouts to beeping or faulty smoke alarms during the service period

  • Minimum Standards Checks

    In Victoria minimum standards are required to be met under the Residential Tenancies Act, minimum standards check give you the peace of mind your property meets regulations. Residential Tenancies Act mandates 14 key minimum standards requirements in rental properties within Victoria ranging from structural soundness, type of window and door locks, heating, electrical safety devices, ventilation, mould/dampness, bathroom, toilet and kitchen facilitaties.

  • Air Conditioner Servicing

    Air Conditioner servicing includes cleaning filters and drain, refrigerant pressure and level testing, cleaning condenser coil. Testing Air Conditioner’s operation and temperature thresholds. Faults identified will be reported and quote for repairs provided on request. Contact us directly for discounts for multiple air conditioner units in the same property.

  • Evaporative Cooling Unit Servicing

    Evaporative Cooling servicing includes cleaning pads, sump, ducts, pump, tank, refilling tank and level testing. Testing of Evaporative Cooling unit operation and temperature, motor speeds, pump. Faults identified will be reported and quote for repairs provided on request.
